Shipping

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate.

Returns

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days in accordance with our Return Policy. Certain products may not qualify for return if they show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping.

Damaged Deliveries

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@couch-cloud.com. Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged areas may be required before a replacement or refund can be processed. Cloud Couch may, at its sole discretion, replace the item, repair the item, or issue a refund.

Ten-Year Warranty

Cloud Couch products include a Limited Ten-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, stains, accidental damage, improper assembly, or commercial use unless expressly authorized. Complete warranty details are available in our Warranty Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this Website — including photographs, logos, product descriptions, graphics, icons, videos, text, and trademarks — remains the exclusive property of Cloud Couch or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
