Every Cloud Couch sofa is backed by our 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of your sofa, including:

  • Internal wooden frame
  • Structural joints
  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing defects in upholstery stitching
  • Defective hardware installed by the manufacturer

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.couch-cloud.com or from an authorized Cloud Couch retailer.

Warranty Period

Coverage begins on the date your order is delivered and lasts for a full 10 years. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Coverage period: 10 years from the date of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Fabric pilling from normal use
Minor color variations
Natural cushion softening
Scratches
Stains or spills
Pet damage
Burns
Water damage or mold
Improper cleaning
Accidental damage
Commercial use
Abuse or misuse
Unauthorized modifications
Damage during customer assembly
Damage from improper storage

Cushion Comfort

Foam and upholstery naturally soften over time. Normal changes in firmness or comfort are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Fabric

Because fabric is a textile material, the following are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and are not covered under this warranty:

  • Slight color variations between batches
  • Natural texture variations
  • Small weave differences

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at contact@couch-cloud.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the defect
  • Video (if applicable)

Additional information may be requested to evaluate your claim.

Inspection

Cloud Couch reserves the right to request additional documentation or photographs, inspect the product remotely, or request return of defective components when necessary to evaluate a claim.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, Cloud Couch may choose, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace defective parts
  • Replace the entire product
  • Issue a full or partial refund

The selected resolution will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Replacement Products

If the original product is discontinued, Cloud Couch may replace it with the closest equivalent model or a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims, Cloud Couch may cover shipping costs where applicable. For claims determined not to be covered under this warranty, shipping or inspection costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty offered by Cloud Couch. Cloud Couch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of use, or loss of profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your state or country of residence.
