Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across the contiguous United States in 8–10 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping is included on every order, with no minimum. We cover delivery all the way to your door.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally?
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally. We are working on expanding our coverage — check back soon.
What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is our premium in-home delivery service. Our team brings the sofa inside, assembles it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging materials. This service is available as an upgrade at checkout in select zip codes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order at any time via our tracking page.
Product & Materials
What materials are used in the Cloud Couch?
The Cloud Couch is available in premium Velvet, Linen, and Boucle upholstery options. The frame is built from FSC-certified solid oak and kiln-dried hardwood. The cushions use high-density memory foam with a down-wrapped finish for that signature cloud-like feel.
How do the modular pieces connect?
Each section connects via hidden stainless steel coupling brackets — no tools required. Pieces click securely into place in seconds and can be reconfigured at any time. Full assembly instructions are included with your order.
Will the cushions flatten over time?
Our cushions are engineered to maintain their shape for years. The high-density foam core resists compression while the down-wrap gives softness without sagging. We recommend rotating the cushions every few months for even wear.
What sizes are available?
The Cloud Couch is available in multiple configurations: 2-seat, 3-seat, L-shape, U-shape and custom modular builds. Exact dimensions for each configuration are listed on the product page. If you need help choosing the right size for your space, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Are fabric swatches available?
Yes. We offer a free swatch kit with all available fabric options. Order yours directly from the product page — we'll ship it to you within 3 business days.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us at contact@couch-cloud.com and we will arrange a free pickup. Items must be in their original condition. Custom-configured pieces are non-returnable.
What does the 10-Year Warranty cover?
Our 10-Year Warranty covers structural defects in the frame, cushion cores, and coupling hardware under normal residential use. It does not cover fabric wear, stains, pet damage, or modifications. To file a claim, email us with photos and your order number.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@couch-cloud.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing options through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Simply select "Pay in installments" at checkout. Longer-term financing options are also available — visit our Financing page for details.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Cloud Couch?
For day-to-day care, vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. For spot cleaning, blot (don't rub) with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or steam cleaning. All fabric covers are removable and can be professionally dry-cleaned. See our full Care Guide for fabric-specific instructions.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Yes. All cushion covers feature a hidden zipper and are removable. We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve fabric integrity. Machine washing is not recommended for Velvet or Boucle options.
Is the Cloud Couch pet-friendly?
The Linen and Performance Boucle options are our most pet-friendly choices — they resist pilling and are easy to wipe clean. We recommend keeping sharp claws away from Velvet upholstery. All covers are removable for easy cleaning.
