At Cloud Couch, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Cloud Couch ships exclusively within the United States. We are continuously expanding our delivery network and may add additional destinations in the future.
Shipping Cost
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. Although we strive to meet these estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may monitor your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Partners
Cloud Couch works with professional logistics carriers selected for reliability and safe furniture transportation. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Cloud Couch cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@couch-cloud.com.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons, additional delivery charges may apply:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Shipment refused at the delivery address
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Public holidays
- Carrier delays
- Force majeure events
Cloud Couch cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in such circumstances.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If visible damage is present, we recommend photographing the package before opening it. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@couch-cloud.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping label
This allows us to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, Cloud Couch will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
Partial Shipments
In certain situations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment whenever possible.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can fit through all doors, hallways, elevators, staircases, and entryways at the delivery address, and that the address is accessible for standard furniture delivery. Cloud Couch cannot be held responsible for additional costs resulting from restricted access.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
At this time, Cloud Couch ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
